The SCS S10X is a device that supports safer riding, used to stay in touch with your riding partner. Connect it to your phone over Bluetooth to hear calls, music and navigation without pulling out the phone. Anywhere - 2 riders - 1 shared laugh.
Riding alone you only need calls; riding in a large group, the S10X is not the right fit. Adjust the unit and switch modes only when stopped, for safety.
Music and intercom switching
Two bikes are sharing a song, and when you need to tell each other something you just end music sharing. The unit returns to intercom by itself, with no reconnecting from scratch. BigBike tested it in practice and it switches smoothly. No re-pairing needed. The rider should still end music sharing only when the bike is stopped.
Ideal intercom range is about 1000m, stable up to about 100 km/h per the maker.
Range and speed figures are the maker's stated values, not a promise of stable connection on every road.
On the road
Stopped for fuel on the highway, pick a song to share with your riding partner for the next stretch. The unit has music sharing and FM radio. If you would rather not play music from your phone, switch to the radio.
The unit has vocal, DJ and popular music modes to choose how it sounds. Change modes while stopped.
Prompts and reconnecting
Mountain passes, buildings or other obstacles in the way, and areas with signal jamming usually break the connection. Once the bikes ride close again, the units reconnect by themselves. No need to re-pair just because you briefly lost the bike behind.
Device prompts come in Vietnamese and English, switchable on the unit. These are the 2 default prompt languages of the device.
Compared with other models
The S10X fits two people riding together who want to talk, share music and hear Vietnamese prompts. Each person uses their own unit, whether riding two-up or on separate bikes. Two riders, one unit each.
Riding alone and only need calls, music and navigation: BigBike lists the SCS S9X at 950,000đ, with no intercom. A group of 3 to 10 riders needs Mesh: BigBike lists the SCS S13 at 3,190,000đ and the SCS T2 Plus at 3,390,000đ.
The S10X cannot link a whole group. Cross-brand pairing is 1-to-1 over Bluetooth only, with no Mesh intercom.

BigBike has fitted the S10X to many full-face and 3/4 helmets for customers. If the helmet has speaker pockets, the speakers go in the pockets; if not, message the shop for guidance. Send a photo of your helmet on Zalo and BigBike will advise speaker placement and whether to use the clamp or adhesive mount.
