Pricing Policy

BigBike publishes product prices and charges clearly so you can check them before buying.

1. Listed prices

• Product prices on the website include value-added tax (VAT).
• Listed prices exclude shipping. Orders placed on the website currently receive free delivery. Any separately agreed shipping charge for a bulk or wholesale transaction is disclosed before confirmation.

2. Additional charges

BigBike does not charge packaging or order-processing fees. Express delivery, bulky goods or any other special charges, if applicable, will be disclosed before you confirm payment.

3. Price transparency and the total payable

Your total includes the product price with VAT, shipping and any special charges disclosed in advance. You can review these amounts before confirming.

If the listed price differs from the total at checkout, BigBike will explain the reason and each charge.
