Everything currently discounted at BigBike is gathered here, so you do not have to open each category hunting for it. What sits inside changes from one round to the next and may include helmets, armored jackets, gloves, boots, intercoms or accessories depending on the moment, which makes this page worth bookmarking and checking now and then. Three things we commit to on every item here. The struck-through figure is the price we genuinely sold at before the reduction, not a number inflated to make the discount look better. Discounted items are still genuine goods and still carry exactly the warranty they would at full price. If something is a display piece or down to odd sizes, we say so plainly on its product page rather than hiding it. Most items here exist in small numbers, so if you see your size, message us early to hold it.
Everything currently carrying a reduced price, with no restriction on product type, so at any moment you might see a helmet sitting beside a pair of gloves and a rain suit. The list changes round by round rather than staying fixed: items that sell out come off, items entering a new round go on. So if you have a particular product in mind and do not see it this time, the quickest route is to message us with its name; we note it down and tell you when it enters a round, which beats checking the site every day.
It is. The crossed-out figure is what we listed and sold at before the round began, not a number pushed up so the percentage reads better. You can verify it easily: open the same item's page in its normal category, or simply ask us what the old price was and we will give you that same figure. We spell this out because inflating the "before" price is common in this trade, and it is why a lot of people stopped trusting the word discount.
No, and an item usually enters a round for one of four ordinary reasons. First, only a few odd sizes remain and we would rather clear the shelf than hold them indefinitely. Second, the maker has discontinued that model in favour of a newer one, so the older piece is still good but cannot be reordered. Third, we have just brought in the newer version and reduced the previous one. Fourth, it is a display piece that customers have tried on in store. On that fourth case we always state it clearly on the product page and describe the actual condition, because selling a display piece without saying so is not something we do.
Warranty applies exactly as it would at full price, for the term set by each brand and each model; a reduction does not cost you warranty cover. On exchanges, ask us about the specific item before ordering, because when something is down to odd sizes we may not have another size to swap into, and saying so beforehand saves both sides trouble. For anything worn on the body, meaning helmets, jackets, gloves and boots, the surest approach is still coming in to try it before committing, particularly when only one size remains.
Because most items here exist in small numbers, and some are down to one or two sizes. That scarcity is exactly why they are discounted. If you have settled on something and know your size, message us on Zalo 0764640679 to hold it; we will keep it for an agreed period while you come in to try it or place the order. That is far more reliable than deciding later in the evening, since a given size usually goes to one buyer.
Two things come with every helmet bought at BigBike, whether or not it is discounted: a free dust balaclava, and free helmet cleaning for a year. The cleaning service in particular is something few shops offer, and anyone who uses it finds it worthwhile, because a helmet lining worn daily gets dirty faster than most people expect. If you are buying several items at once, for instance a helmet with an intercom or a full set of jacket and gloves, message us before you commit and we will quote the best we can do at that moment.
