The bigbike.vn website is managed and operated by HỘ KINH DOANH BIGBIKE.VN - BẢO HỘ MÔ TÔ. These conditions explain our service scope before you transact.

1. Receiving and processing requests

• You can browse information and submit orders on the website 24/7.
• Online orders and support requests are processed from 08:00 to 17:30, Monday through Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
• These are online order-processing and support hours. Store visiting hours are published separately on the Contact page.
• Order confirmation and delivery may take longer during holidays or special periods. BigBike will announce changes.

2. Geographic coverage

BigBike ships throughout Vietnam through delivery partners. Remote areas, islands and locations outside a carrier's service area may take longer or be unavailable. We will contact you to agree on an alternative or cancel at your request. See the Delivery Policy.

3. Customer eligibility

Customers must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity. Transactions by customers under 18 require a parent's or legal guardian's consent and supervision.

4. Quantity limits

BigBike may refuse or cancel orders exceeding a product's or promotion's permitted quantity to prevent stockpiling or promotion abuse. Any limit must be disclosed on the product page or in the promotion before purchase.

5. Availability and events beyond our control

Website access or delivery may be interrupted by maintenance, upgrades, repairs or events beyond our control, including natural disasters, fires, epidemics, war, network or delivery failures, or competent authorities' decisions.

BigBike aims to announce maintenance in advance except in emergencies. During force majeure events, the business is exempt from liability for losses arising beyond its control under the published conditions.
