The new Suzuki GSX-R150 was showcased at the Bangkok International Motor Show 2017 held in Thailand.

Notable features on the Suzuki GSX-R150 2017 include a smart electronic key, the modern Suzuki Easy Start system, LED headlights and an LCD instrument cluster. Color options include Blue, Black and Red.

The new motorcycle carries the design philosophy of the Suzuki GSX-R1000R 2017, while the fuel tank draws inspiration from the Suzuki Gixxer in the Indian market.

The Suzuki GSX-R150 2017 has a length of 2,020mm, a width of 700mm and a height of 1,075mm. Ground clearance is about 160mm and seat height is 785mm. The bike weighs 131kg and boasts the best power-to-weight ratio in its segment. In addition, instead of the old LED lights, the new Suzuki GSX-R150 has been equipped with halogen headlights.

The power of the Suzuki GSX-R150 2017 comes from a 147.3cc single-cylinder, water-cooled engine paired with a 6-speed gearbox. This "heart" produces 18.9 horsepower at 10,500 rpm and 14Nm of maximum torque at 9,000 rpm.

The Suzuki GSX-R150 2017 is sold in the Thai market for 84,900 baht (~ 56.3 million VND). It is currently unclear whether the Suzuki GSX-R150 2017 will be brought to Vietnam.
