Delivery Policy

BigBike offers in-store purchases and nationwide delivery through shipping partners. This policy explains how you can receive your order.

1. Delivery methods and coverage

• Buy and collect products directly at the BigBike store.
• BigBike ships through delivery partners throughout Vietnam.
• Remote areas, islands and locations outside a carrier's service area may take longer or may be unavailable. BigBike will contact you to agree on a suitable arrangement or cancel the order at your request.

2. Estimated delivery times

These are estimates. Delivery may take longer if we cannot contact you, your address is incorrect or difficult to find, order volumes increase unexpectedly, a supplier or carrier is delayed, or an event beyond our control occurs.

BigBike will inform you promptly of delays so you can choose to cancel or continue waiting.

3. Shipping charges

Listed prices exclude shipping. Orders placed on the website currently receive free delivery. Any separately agreed charge is disclosed before you confirm the order.

For bulk or wholesale purchases outside the city, charges follow the carrier's rates or an agreement between the parties. See the Pricing Policy.

4. Documents and delivery responsibilities

BigBike includes an invoice. The parcel carries the recipient's name, phone number, delivery address and tracking number. The delivery provider must supply goods documentation and has the right and responsibility to provide invoices to competent authorities when requested.

The carrier must transport the goods with the original packaging intact. Please inspect your delivery and notify BigBike of damage, missing items or products that differ from your order.

5. Goods damaged in transit

BigBike handles the issue for you whether the store or a third party delivered the goods. You may refuse delivery and request an exchange or return under the Returns and Exchanges Policy.

BigBike will work with the carrier on compensation under the applicable agreement; you are not required to resolve the issue with the carrier yourself.
