IN STOCK
The Kewig R22-A quick-release mount comes in two parts: a plate that screws into the 1/4-inch thread under the camera, and a ball base with a 1-inch ball that goes into a joint arm on the bike. To part them, squeeze the black button and the red button at the same time. Turn the red button to lock and it cannot be squeezed. Price 395,000 VND.
Two parts
When the camera has a 1/4-inch thread underneath, the plate screws straight into it and stays on the camera. The ball base with its 1-inch ball stays on the bike. Slide the plate into the base and the two parts lock together by themselves. BigBike has test-fitted the Insta360 X3, X4, X5 and DJI Osmo 360.
Two buttons, one lock
Stopping at a coffee shop, you pull the camera off by squeezing the black button and the red button on both sides of the base at the same time. Turn the red button sideways to lock and it can no longer be squeezed. If you forget to lock, the two parts still lock together when slid in, but squeezing both buttons will part them.
Fitting the camera
Before the daily commute, you need the Kewig J1S joint arm and a base that ends in a ball: the Kewig C2U2, Kewig C9P or Kewig R8A. The mount is the last part of the chain. The box holds the two-part mount only.
Screw the plate to the camera → Slide it into the base → Turn the red button to lock → Squeeze both buttons → Pull the camera off with its plate.
When you park the bike, the ball base stays on it.
The red button turns sideways to block the squeeze that parts the two pieces.
The plate stays on the camera and the ball base stays on the bike after every release.
Aluminium alloy mount, weighs 91 g.
No screwing to take the camera off. To refit, slide the plate back into the base.
Only takes cameras with a 1/4-inch thread underneath.
The mount does not attach to the bike by itself. You need a joint arm and a ball base.
The box holds the two-part mount only.
BigBike does not promise a load rating or a riding speed.
