The Kewig QG-2 clamp-on camera boom grips round tubes from 12 to 45 mm. The claw clamp moves between the rear rack, crash bar and handlebar, and tightens with a security screw. Three sections extend from 44 to 110 cm, with a 1/4 inch thread on top. Price 1,390,000 VND.
Many clamping spots
On each trip, the claw clamp moves to another round tube of 12 to 45 mm. The rear rack gets rider and bike in the frame, the crash bar gives a low angle, the handlebar gives a front view. BigBike has test-clamped it on a rear rack, a crash bar, a handlebar and a 22 mm crossbar. The Kewig QG-1 bolts to one fixed spot under the rack, while this boom clamps on and can move. The tip is a 1/4 inch thread, and BigBike has fitted an Insta360 X-series camera.
Security screw
At the parking lot, leave the boom on the bike and take the camera with you. The claw clamp tightens with a security screw, and the key comes in the box. A stranger cannot undo the clamp with ordinary tools. The security screw only holds the clamp; it does not lock the camera. Lost the key? Message BigBike.
Fitting the boom
Three sections extend from 44 to 110 cm, with a twist collar locking each section.
Pick the tube → Open the claw clamp → Tighten the security screw → Extend the three sections → Twist the collars to lock → Screw the camera on.
When parking, collapse the boom to 44 cm. The box holds the boom with its claw clamp and the security-screw key, with no camera.
The claw clamp moves from the rear rack to the crash bar to change the camera angle.
The security screw needs its own key to release the claw clamp.
A bike with no rack still works as long as it has a round tube in the clamping range.
The claw clamp does not take flat or square tubes, or tubes outside 12 to 45 mm.
Extended to 110 cm the boom sits high; mind it when turning around, reversing or going under low spots.
The security screw only holds the clamp; the camera still comes with you when you leave the bike.
BigBike makes no promise on load or riding speed with the boom in use.

Choose the Kewig QG-2 for a 12 to 45 mm round tube and a camera with a 1/4 inch thread hole. For a fixed bolt-on under the rack, choose the Kewig QG-1.
