The Kewig M36-C2 is a mirror-stem phone mount for 8 and 10 mm stems. The pivot adjusts the screen in any direction. 12-month warranty, made for bikes where the mirror stem is the mounting point. Price 1,590,000 dong.
In the box
The mount is two parts: a MAG-4LOCK head unit and a mirror-stem pivot section, joined by a hex bolt. The box holds an M36-PATCH adhesive plate, two spare 3M pads, the bolt and hex key, and a safety lanyard. There are no rubber shims, and nothing else is needed to install.
In use
The mount fixes the phone to the mirror stem, and the pivot adjusts the screen in any direction. Six air-cushion dampers built into the head absorb part of the vibration; the rest depends on tyres, suspension and road surface. The body is IP66 rated, so rain is not a reason to take it off.
Direct fit
If the bike still has a mirror on its stem, it fits straight on.
8 or 10 mm mirror stem → through the unthreaded hole of the Kewig M36-C2 → mirror screwed back down tight → phone locked onto the MAG-4LOCK head via the adhesive plate.
The hole is unthreaded, so any 8 or 10 mm stem fits and there is nothing to measure before buying. The mirror itself is what clamps the mount in place, so refit it properly. Nothing else to buy.
Low mirror stem
If the mirror stem sits too low and fouls the plastic bodywork, use a mirror riser bolt. The Honda Lead is a typical example.
Mirror stem → Kewig riser → Kewig M36-C2 → mirror screwed back on → MAG-4LOCK → adhesive plate on the phone.
The 3 cm riser is 75,000 dong and the 5 cm riser is 86,000 dong. Message BigBike to pick the right height.
Kewig case
iPhone Pro or Pro Max users who want no adhesive at all can use the Kewig M36-CASE iPhone case.
Mirror stem → Kewig M36-C2 → MAG-4LOCK → Kewig M36-CASE.
The case is 659,000 dong and is currently only for the iPhone 15, 16 and 17 Pro and Pro Max. The M36-PATCH plate and spare pads in the box then go unused; Kewig does not sell the set without them, so keep them for a future phone.
The one-piece CNC-machined 6061 aluminium body weighs 450 g. This construction reduces the number of joints.
Six built-in air-cushion dampers cut the vibration reaching the phone.
The body is IP66 rated for a mounting spot that lives out in the weather.
One-handed docking and release once you are off the bike.
The mount does not power the phone.
The adhesive plate needs a flat, smooth contact surface.
Sportbikes with fairing-mounted mirrors need a different mounting route.
The dampers reduce only part of the vibration. The remaining vibration depends on the bike and road surface.
